What is the difference between a business and personal account?

A business account helps business owners manage and hold money made within a business. Personal bank accounts are not for business use. They help individuals hmanage and hold their personal funds

Do cash-back rewards get returned in case of a refund?

Yes

How do I create a business account if I already have a personal account?

You can create a business account using your personal Wallet account by clicking on your profile picture and selecting Create Business Account in the popup

How do I get my bonus when referring a friend or business?

Have your friend or business input your username in the designated box during the signup process under promoter

How do I remove my bank account from my GPoint Wallet?

In the GPoint Wallet settings, click payment methods to display all of your linked accounts or cards. Click on the X by the account you wish to remove

How do I edit my personal information?

In your GPoint Wallet dashboard, go to your settings and click “Profile” to view and edit your personal information and password

How do I send money to someone on GPoint Wallet?

You can send money by searching their username or scanning their QR code

How do I link my bank account to fund my account (US Only)?

GPoint Wallet uses Plaid to securely connect your bank account to add or withdraw funds

When am I getting my money?

Depending on your withdrawal method, money transferred out of your GPoint Wallet can take anywhere from 2-5 business days

Can I use my own debit card to withdraw money?

Unfortunately, you can only withdraw money with GPoint issued debit or global cards

What options are available to fund or withdraw?

There are currently 3 options to withdraw your GPoints. Wire transfer, Plaid (our third party in -app option) and the GPoint Debit and Global cards

How can people find me on GPoint Wallet?

Use the GPoint Wallet App to search for users or businesses or scan their QR code to pay them directly

What if I paid the wrong person?

If you paid the wrong person or account, you may be able to get the payment reversed if it is early enough. Contact support at support@gpointwallet.com

I sent a payment and the person didn’t receive it

If you sent GPoints to an account and they did not receive it, contact support@gpointwallet.com to locate the money

Can I cancel or edit a payment?

If you wish to cancel or edit a payment, you will have to contact support@gpointwallet.com to view your options. Reversals or edits are not guaranteed

Why is my transfer showing as pending?

Transfers made via ACH will sometimes show up as pending for the first day or longer. Do not worry as the transfer will be posted within 3-5 business days but it is usually done the next business day depending on your financial institution

What is the most amount of GPoints I can send?

You can transfer as many GPoints between accounts as you want. Transfers to bank accounts or external accounts have different limits

Is there a limit to how many referrals I can do?

No! There is no limit to how many people or businesses you can refer

How do I get my commissions from my referrals?

If someone signed up using your GPoint Wallet username as the promoter, your rewards will be deposited into your account each time they use GPoint Wallet

Can I pay multiple people at once?

Unfortunately, as of now you are only able to send GPoints to one account at a time

Do I need to add money to my GPoint Wallet to pay someone?

You will need a positive balance in your account to be able to make purchases or send money to other accounts

How can I load my GPoints?

You can load GPoints into your GPoint Wallet by adding a payment method by going to Settings > Payment Methods > Edit Payment Methods. There will be three funding options for you to choose from (Wire transfer, Plaid and GPoint Netspend Card)

How can I transfer my GPoints to my GPoint Card?

From your GPoint Wallet dashboard, click Transfer Balance then select the name of the GPoint Netspend card from the drop list. Transfers to Netspend Debit cards can take anywhere from 2-3 business days

Can I gift GPoints to someone?

Of course, you can purchase a GPoint gift card from stores you love or you can add a special message when sending GPoints to another account

Do cashback rewards expire?

Cashback rewards do not expire

How do I pay someone with my wallet?

You can pay a friend or vendor with GPoints by scanning their QR code within the GPoint App or by inputting their username in the search bar

Where can I redeem my GPoints?

You can redeem your GPoints at any of our affiliate stores and brands. You also have access to our GPoint Marketplace where you can buy from vendors that all accept GPoints

How do I turn my GPoints into cash?

Withdraw your GPoints to your GPoint Debit or global card or use your bank account to receive them. See below for more information on what options are available to fund or withdraw from your account

GPoint Netspend Card (US ONLY)

How do I apply for a GPoint Netspend Debit Card?

Apply for the GPoint US Netspend Debit Card by selecting and filling out the GPoint Card application form. A one time application processing fee of G20 points will be charged to your GPoint Wallet account. Dashboard > Prepaid Cards > GPoint Card

Why haven’t I received my card?

Netspend cards take 5-10 business days to arrive after they are shipped. Cards are shipped as soon as the applications are completely processed. Times may vary depending on holiday or carrier issues

Which card do I need to get?

You must be a US resident to apply for the GPoint US Debit card to make domestic transactions. This card can be used for domestic & international transactions

How long does it take to transfer GPoints to a Netspend card?

Transferring your GPoints to your GPoint Debit card can take upwards of 1-2 days

I got my card, what now?

Activate your card using the printed instructions that came with the card in the mail

How do I check my account balance?

You can check your balance in the www.mynetspend.com, or sign up for Netspend SMS notifications to receive updates on your account balance after every purchase

How do I add my GPoints to my Netspend card?

In your GPoint Wallet app or webpage, Transfer your balance > Choose fund > Select your Netspend card. Don’t forget to adjust the amount you wish to transfer to your netspend card

Are there any fees or spending limits?

To comply with regulations, Netspend has a spend limit of $4,999.99 for purchase transactions and over-the-counter withdrawals. Including an ATM limit of $325.00 per withdrawal, $940.00 per day, up to 6 per 24 hours

What if I lose my card?

If you lose your Netspend card, you can request a new one by contacting Netspend support center. Don’t forget to report your card Lost/Stolen in your Netspend account

How do I view my transaction history?

Please visit www.mynetspend.com to check your balance and history

Can I use this card to withdraw cash?

Yes, you can withdraw your loaded GPoints from your Netspend card at an ATM. Fees may apply

Can I send a payment to anyone?

You cannot send money to each other using Netspend prepaid card

How do I apply for the Global card?

Apply for the GPoint Global Debit Card by selecting and filling out the Global Card application form. Application processing fee of G200 points will be charged. (Any monthly charge?) Dashboard > Prepaid Cards > Global Card

How long will it take for my card to arrive?

From processing to delivery of the card, wait time can be anywhere between 5-15 business days

Is the card activated when I receive it?

You will receive an email with instructions on how to activate your card as soon as your card is approved

Does the global card expire?

Each card will have an expiration date

How do I activate my Global card?

After your application has been processed, you will receive a welcome email with a link to your Global Card Portal and a temporary password. Visit the link and login to activate your card, access your balance, and view transaction history

What if I lose my Global card?

If you lose your card, you can request a new one by contacting support@gpointwallet.com

How long do global card transfers take?

Transferring GPoints from GPoint Wallet to GPoint Batched Card will take about 24-48 hours excluding weekends

Are there any fees or spending limits?

Fees and spending limit guidelines will be inside the envelope with the card when you receive it

Does this card work anywhere in the world?

Yes, this GPoint Batched Card can be used anywhere where Visa card is being accepted

How do I add funds to my Global card?

First, you need to set payment methods on the setting. Then selecting transfer method, choose the name of your GPoint Batched Card in the droplist

What differences are there between Global and Netspend cards?

GPoint Netspend card is only for USA residents. All other international users can apply for GPoint Batched Card and use internationally

What if I don’t have enough GPoints in my Global card?

If your card does not have sufficient funds, the payment will be declined. You are not able to overdraft with this prepaid account

How do I reset my password?

You can change your password in the login page on the GPoint Wallet app or site. Enter your phone number and follow the instructions

What is KYC and why are they asking me for it?

Your KYC is information needed to verify your identity. You will be asked to provide your Identification documents that serve as your KYC

You can view your business transactions directly from your GPoint Wallet Dashboard

I signed up and chose my package and percentage rate. What now?

During your welcome communication you should have received your waitlist notice for nay applicable services

What are the requirements to sign up as an affiliate?

When signing up you will be required to provide your Business full information including your EIN

No, All your business would need is your QR and a mobile phone to accept GPoint

You may have a business account for any business under the same location as long as they are not the same business
